Shipping is FREE to any part of Singapore.

International shipping rates vary according to your location - ASEAN or Rest of the World. 



Once we receive the order, it takes about 2-3 days to process. Local delivery will take 3-5 working days once it is processed.

International orders will take 10 - 14 days depending on your location after we have processed your order. 



Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a tracking code for you to track the status of your parcel. This email will be sent to the one you used to register with us. Do check your Junk Mail if you did not receive it!




We accept exchanges that are done within 07 days of receipt. We only accept items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed with it's original packaging.

For any returns or exchanges, we advise you to contact us with your Order ID and product details. We will advise you accordingly on how to proceed. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer and we are not liable until the item reaches us.

We reserve the right to not allow the return of any products although the condtions above are met.



Contact us with your Order ID, product details and reason for returning within 07 days of receipt. Items have to be in it's original condition and original packaging.

When we receive your email, we will assist you accordingly.



Yes of course! Email us with your Order ID, product details and the new size/colour that you want. We will process it accordingly as soon as we can.

Items are subject to availability and in the case that the item that you want is not in stock, we will refund you with Store Credits.

Shipping charges are applicable and are borne by the customer.
